Band Banquet is our annual end-of-year celebration for the Allen Eagle Band & Color Guard. It’s an opportunity to bring students, families, directors, and volunteers together to recognize accomplishments, celebrate our seniors, and reflect on an extraordinary year. From the excitement of
Beneath the Waves to the unforgettable Tournament of Roses Parade, the banquet honors the full scope of the season and the people who made it possible.

Attire: Dressy casual to semi-formal (Jackets and dresses are common, but not required.)
Ticket Sales Timeline
March 1: Ticket sales open
April 19: Last day for seniors to buy tickets and receive Sr. shirt.
April 30: Ticket sales close; tickets will not be available at the door.
Pricing Information: Allen Band/Color Guard Students: $30, Family Members and Non-Allen Band/Color Guard Student Guests: $35
Attendance Notes
Parents and guardians are welcome to attend Band Banquet through the awards ceremony. At the conclusion of the awards, parents will be excused as the evening transitions to student-only activities, including the dance and games.
All attendees must have their own ticket. Tickets will be scanned at the time of entry. No re-entry is permitted.
Non-Allen High School Guests
Students who plan to bring a guest who is not currently an Allen High School student (including guests from another school or individuals who have already graduated) are required to complete a Non-Allen Guest Form in advance. Dinner & Seating
Dinner is included with each ticket and will feature wood-grilled chicken with a rich marsala wine sauce, savory pasta, crisp caesar salad, and freshly baked bread, prepared on site by Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Guests will have the opportunity to note any dietary needs when purchasing tickets. Seating will be arranged to support the flow of the program and student activities throughout the evening.
Senior Tickets, T-Shirts, and Slideshow
Band Banquet is a special evening for our graduating seniors, and we want to be sure every senior is fully included in the celebration. Seniors must purchase their Senior ticket by April 19 to receive a senior commemorative tee-shirt. In addition, Seniors will be recognized as part of the evening program. Senior information should be submitted via this form.
